Kindergarten Teacher

We are looking for a nurturing teacher to lead a class of 10 students through the God’s Creation from A-Z curriculum from My Father’s World. This easy-to-teach curriculum leads students through a multi-sensory phonics approach for beginning reading, while also establishing a solid biblical foundation through lessons focused on celebrating the wonder of God’s creation. The K-level teacher will partner with a dedicated Reading Instructor who will provide reading and phonics instruction to students via one-on-one lessons. The K-level teacher is responsible for delivering all of the other language arts, social studies, science, math, art, and music included in the MFW curriculum.

- Manage lesson plans and classroom activities for 10 students
- Utilize MFW curriculum to lead students through language arts, social studies, science, math, art, and music lessons.

- Former teaching experience preferred, but not required if the right person is willing to learn.

1st Grade Teacher

We are looking for a nurturing teacher to lead a class of 10 students through the Learning God’s Story curriculum from My Father’s World. This easy-to-teach curriculum leads students from Genesis to Revelation, with key bible stories being used to develop reading and writing skills. The 1st grade teacher will partner with a dedicated Reading Instructor who will provide reading and phonics instruction to students via one-on-one lessons. The 1st grade teacher is responsible for delivering all of the other language arts, social studies, science, math, art, and music included in the MFW curriculum.

Reading Instructor

We are looking for two reading instructors to provide one-on-one reading instruction to Kindergarten and 1st grade students. Reading instructors will be trained in the science of reading and phonics instruction, and scope of position will focus on teaching early readers the mechanics of reading and spelling. Our reading instructors are trained to teach all necessary consonant and vowel sounds using a logical and phonetic approach to produce independent readers. Reading instructors will leverage a suite of phonics teaching tools and My Father’s World materials to provide all necessary phonetic instruction inside a biblical frame.

- Manage individualized reading lessons for 10 students
- Utilize suite of phonics teaching tools and My Father’s World materials to teach early readers the mechanics of reading and spelling

4th-8th Grade Classroom Aid

We are looking for a grounded, but dynamic teacher to support a class of 10 mixed age students from 4th-8th grade. This teacher will support the lead teacher with executing daily lesson plans and supporting various classroom activities for core subjects (reading, writing, math). Role may vary from day-to-day based on class and student needs, so individual should be flexible and willing to support a broad range of needs.

- Support daily classroom activities for 10 mixed age students.
- Support students with individualized lessons plan in math and writing.
- Former teaching experience and experience with Singapore math preferred, but not required if the right person is willing to learn.
