Schedule a 45-60 minute tour to visit the facility, learn more about the program, and begin discussing what joining Cardinal Academy could do for your family. This is your opportunity to learn more about the program and how we can help you achieve your family’s goals. No commitments or obligations required.
We welcome curious visitors—no matter how hesitant or unsure you feel. Decisions about your children’s education are among the most important choices parents make. We hope to become a source of support and encouragement for you, regardless of whether Cardinal Academy ends up being the right fit or not!

Think Cardinal Academy can help your family get back on track? Once you’ve visited the facility and talked with our team, we invite you to take the next step by submitting an application.
The application asks for basic information about your family’s needs and goals so we can assess fit and scholarship eligibility.
A non-refundable fee of $75 is required to process your application. The application takes 30-45 minutes to complete.
Register and Enroll
After we review your application, we’ll contact you to share information about scholarship eligibility and next steps for enrollment.
If you’re ready to enroll – simply complete the enrollment forms and submit the $250 registration fee to secure your child’s spot!
